She was predeceased by: her parents, Keith Thomas and Ella Gertrude Ely (Locke); her husbands, Stephen Phillips and Carl Vanats; and her siblings, Chuck Ely (Rita), Keith Thomas'Tom' Ely (Barb), Ralph Ely, Pearl Louise Ely, Beatrice Knowlson (William), Mary Lou Jeffers (Jack) and Sandy Hunter.
She is survived by: her children, Deborah McDonald (Mike), Stephen Phillips, Alex Phillips (Lonnie), Daniel Phillips (Tammie) and William Phillips (Teresa); and her sisters, Rosetta Baker and Beverly Crisman. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren, 26 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held on Wednesday, February 26th 2025 from 2:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Simpson Funeral and Cremation Service (1119 Washington Ave, Monaca, PA 15061). A funeral service will be held on Thursday, February 27th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the same location.
