He was predeceased by: his parents, Wilbert Winkle and Eleanor Winkle (Zieber); his brother Jackie; his wife Janice Marie Winkle (May); his daughters, Sheri Angelo (Dean) of Center Township and Regina Moore of Center Township; and his grandchildren, Cailynne, Veronica, Mitchell Angelo and Lance Moore.
He is survived by: his brothers-in-law, Raymond May and Harry Winkle.
Visitation was held on Monday, January 13th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM. A funeral service was held on Tuesday, January 14th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the VanKirk Lutheran Church (106 Vankirk Rd, Monaca, PA 15061).
