He is survived by: his parent Ann Harper (Hetzer); his wife Carol Harper (Kruppa); his sons-in-law, JoAnn Miller, Michael Miller, Carin Stobart and Jim Stobart; his grandchildren, Zach, Nate, Jordan Stobart, Ali Miller, Shane Brennan and Rachael Miller; his siblings, William Harper, Mary Ann Kennelly (Jim) and Richard Harper (Vicki); his sisters-in-law, Lorraine Harper, Mary Pat Harper and Susan Bell; his mother-in-law Mary Kruppa; his brother-in-law Sharon Dilisio; and also, James Kruppa and Helene Kruppa. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
