He was predeceased by: his mother Agnes Willy; and his brothers, Edward, William, Terrence and Joseph Potts.
He is survived by: his wife Cheryl; his daughter Erica Szakelyhidi (Daren) of Moon Township; his grandchildren, Savannah Elizabeth and Owen Anton; his sister Joyce Willy of Monaca; and his siblings-in-law, Connie, Bob Gaver of Sebring, Ohio., Marian and Dick Kaszer.
The family has suggested memorial contributions be made to the First Presbyterian Church of Monaca, 1301 Indiana Ave, Monaca, PA 15061.
