He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur L. Godfrey and Betty Godfrey (Diehl). He is survived by: his wife Rebecca J. Godfrey (Phillips); and his sister Victoria L. Godfrey of Kearneysville, WV. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
