He is survived by: his wife Cathy Mae Phillips (Spatz); his daughters, Tracey L. Diehl (Timothy A.), Beth M. Phillips (Frank A. Pippel) of Moorestown, NJ, Lisa A. Zerbe (Kyle A.), Kelly I. Smith (William C.) and Renee E. Phillips; his grandchildren, Joshua, Grace, Ellen, Lael, Josiah, Julian, Jace, Jeah, Maya, Austin, Gavin, Hannah, Emma and Carter; and his siblings, David L. Phillips (Robin), Luke C. Phillips (Patricia), Windsor Twp and Diane Schwoyer (Dennis). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
