She was predeceased by: her parent Cyrus Russell; and her sister Gloria S. Brong. She is survived by: her parent Frances E. Deats (Sheeler); her daughter Gloria M.; her spouse Stephen J. Powell of Reinholds, PA; her son Jeffrey; her spouse Elaine Minnich of Mohnton, PA; and also Alta Strandberg of Deland, FL. She is also survived by 4 grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren.
