She was predeceased by: her parents, Wilbur R. Boltz and Shirley K. Boltz. She is survived by: her husband David C. Berry; her daughter Jessica (Jeff Mohn); her brother Brad Boltz (Gail); her stepsons, Chris Berry and Keith Berry (Tracy); her grandchildren, Cole and Haley Mohn; her stepgrandchildren, Laura and Jonny Berry; her uncle Bill Showalter; and her aunts, Helen Kohl and Janice Zweizig.
A Celebration of Life will be held at The Bridge Fellowship Church at a later date due to COVID 19.
