He was predeceased by: his parents, Walter W. McVaugh and Lillian R. McVaugh (Ludwig); his son Russell E. McVaugh, Jr.; his siblings, Walter Jr., Nelson McVaugh, Nancy Givens and Patricia Klopp; and his grandson John.
He is survived by: his daughter Barbara A. (Richard Kurtz) of Elverson, PA; and his siblings, Melvin H. McVaugh, Sandra Horning of Bowmansville, PA and Linda Nosal of Ephrata, PA.
