He was predeceased by: his parents, Frederick J. Villforth and Gertrude Villforth (Moll); and his siblings, Frederick J. Villforth, Jr., George R. Villforth and Maryan Christman.

He is survived by: his wife Betty M. Villforth (Rickenbach); his daughters, Kathleen (Oliver McComsey) of Shillington and Joyce (Craig Caltagirone) of Shillington; and his grandchildren, Kelly Bennett (Stephen), Erin Sea (Daniel), Laura Rudy (Zak Bowman) and Megan Habecker (Nick). He is also survived by ten great grandchildren.
