He was predeceased by: his parents, Blaza Mancias and Librado Mancias; and his daughter Joanne L. McDowell. He is survived by: his spouse Maralyn Mancias; and his children, Librado Mancias III (Butch), Brenda Mancias (Behm), Karen E. Woytko, John Woytko, Mark W. Mancias, Mary Beth (Patti), Toni L. Drogo, Dennis Drogo, Kevin L. Mancias, Kathryn Mancias (Gillespie) and Ruben A. Mancias. He is also survived by 11 grandchildren and 15 great grandchildren.
