She was predeceased by: her parent Gerald Richards; her daughter Denice L. Wagner; and her brother Donald Richards. She is survived by: her spouse Carl T. Wert; her parent Carrie Richards (Musser); her son Timothy A. Wert of Ashley, PA; her grandchildren, Eric Wagner, Jason Wagner, Amy, David and Matthew Wert; and her brother Richard Richards.
