She was predeceased by: her husband Homer D. Shirk; her parents, John S. Watts, Sr. and Rosa L. Watts (Thomas); and her siblings, Loraine Maulick, Mildred Swavely, Arline Michalik, Fern Stegeman, Nancy Artz, Brooke Watts, Nelson Watts, John Watts, Jr., Donald Watts and Theodore Watts.
She is survived by: her daughter Judith L. Kurtz; and her grandchildren, Kelly A. Kurtz-Colone (Dean) and Stacey D. Mon (Ronald). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
