He was predeceased by: his grandchild Jeffrey Motta. He is survived by: his wife Janet; his brother Paul (Joan); his sons, Joseph (Susanne), Jeff (Danielle), John (Ellen) and Jim; his grandchildren, Johnny, Kayla, Jimmy, Sydney, Melissa, Aron and Noah; his great grandchildren, Caiden and Jackson; and his grandchild Anthony Motta.

In lieu of flowers, the family would prefer contributions made to the St Vincent de Paul Society at Saint Benedict's Church, in their memory.
