Canby of Lebanon; his stepchildren, Kelsey L. (David Yoder) of Wyomissing Hills and Tyler J. Donohue (Erin) of Emmaus; his brother Jamie Ciotti (Deb) of Lebanon; his grandsons, Dominic and Cooper Canby; his stepgrandchildren, Rory, Nora Donohue, Allen and Peter Yoder; and his niece Olivia Ciotti.
