He is survived by: his children, Bruce E. (Jan E. Messner) of Lynchburg, VA, Maureen F. Witwer of Apopka, FL, Ronald E. Messner of Brecknock Twp and Ricky E. (Melissa Messner) of Haymarket, VA..
