He was predeceased by: his wife Helene P. Guigley (Roedel); his parents, John A. Guigley and Fannie Guigley (Fryberger); his grandson Marcus Guigley; and his siblings, Luther, Leon, Allen Guigley and Martha Kurtz.
He is survived by: his children, David F. (Shannon A. Guigley) of Lancaster, John A. (Deborah L. Guigley) of Brecknock Twp and Christina D. (Walter L. Gehman) of Brecknock Twp; his grandchildren, Michael D. (Jennifer Guigley), Amanda D. Plasterer, Christopher J. (Jinger Guigley), Jennifer L. (Brian Schmidt), Heather A. (John Stauffer), Ashley T. Russo and Thomas L. Gehman; and his brother Carl (Diane Guigley) of Lancaster. He is also survived by seven great grandchildren.
