He was loved and cherished by many people including: his wife Brenda L. Berger of Mohnton; his parents, Ismael Santos and Ana Santos of Beacon, NY.; his children, Jasmine, Jesenia, Javier Jr., Brandon, Joel, Bruce, Jennifer, Justin and Anna; his siblings, Awilda, Iris and Noel; and his son Jose. He was also cherished by 23 grandchildren.
In lieu of flowers, the family is accepting donations for his youngest son Bruce, to be put towards his future endeavors.
