He is survived by: his parents, Elodie Chudnovsky and Kutztown; his wife Nancy; his stepdaughters, Hannah Sosin, Emily Olmeda, Sarah Boe and Ruby Boe; his daughters, Lauren and Abigail Chudnovsky; and his sisters, Elanie Martin and Elynne Chudnovsky. He is also survived by niece and two nephews.
