We are sad to announce that on August 4, 2022 we had to say goodbye to Jade Douglas Simmers of Mohnton, Pennsylvania, born in West Chester, Pennsylvania. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.

He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Carol A. Lukatch (John) of West Chester and Douglas E. Simmers (Cynthia) of Christiana; his brother Todd Michael Simmers of Parkesburg; his niece Lylah Quinn Simmers-Feerrar; and his stepsisters, Lorie Kaplan (Matt) of Exton, Pam Wright (Darryl) of Wilmington, NC, Jennifer Gorman (Ryan) of Exton and Heather Newswanger of Downingtown. He was also cherished by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.

In lieu of flowers, contributions may be made in Jade's memory to the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation or the ASPCA.
