Isabel Barr Obituary
We are sad to announce that on November 6, 2021, Isabel Barr of Mohnton, Pennsylvania passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Richard B. Barr, Jr.; her parents, Herbert A. Plucker and Ida Plucker (Bur Kert); her siblings, William, Herbert Plucker and Ardell Rickenbach; her son Brian Barr; and her granddaughter Stephanie Stoudt.
She is survived by: her children, Candace Kline (Keith), Richard Barr III (Tina) and Andrew Barr; her grandchildren, Allison, Brent, Amanda, Sara and Steven; her great grandchild Aubrey; and her brothers, Richard and Myron Plucker.
