She was loved and cherished by many people including: her parents, Cecil E. Lower and Maude Lower (Shoope); her children, Douglas Reigh (Carol Reigh) and Sandra Connelli (Lawrence Connelli) of Avon, CT; her grandchildren, Kyle Connelli of Norwich, CT and Emily Connelli of New York City, NY.; her former husband Dr. Ernest Reigh; and her husband Ernie.
