She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard J. Mull and Dolores G. (Strause); and her siblings, James Mull, Barbara Mull and Cindy Mull.

She is survived by: her husband Steven R. Kurtz; her daughter Carolyn R. Kurtz of Mohnton; her granddaughter Reina M. Rivera; and her siblings, John Mull (Monica) of Exeter Township, Elizabeth Lischak (Pete) of Reading, Michael Mull of Shillington and Steven Mull (Margie) of Shillington. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
