He was predeceased by: his parents, Thomas Ignatius and Helen (Roskoski) of Washington; and his wife Theresa Mieczkowski. He is survived by: his children, Thomas (Beverly) of Pringle, PA, John (Melissa Jamison) of Plains, PA and Patricia Gendler (George) of Mountain Top, PA; his grandchildren, Edward of Washington, Dawn Ragukas, Tommy of Washington, Daniel of Washington, George Gendler, Danielle Gendler, Jackyn Pigeon and Emily of Washington; his great grandchildren, Jeffery Moravinski, Tanner Ragukas, Cami Ragukas and Brianna of Washington; and his sisters, Alice Wood, S. C. and Kathy (Michael Tompkins) of Port Charlotte, FL.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made in Tom's name to the Polish Falcons of America Scholarship Fund in Pittsburgh.
