She was predeceased by: her parents, George M. Kubasek and Rose Kubasek O'Dell; her brother Edward Kubasek; her sister-in-law Dorothy Kubasek Skalla; and her friends, Malvina Conrad and Ann Domagala.

She is survived by: her caregivers, Marion Hidlay and Margaret Ann Benson; and her godson Joseph Sterbinsky.
