He was predeceased by: his parents, Stanley Winters and Mary Winters (Woycheck). He is survived by: his son Robert; his daughter-in-law Susan Winters of Nanticoke; his grandchildren, Justin Winters (Maria) of Phoenixville, Carrie Pientka (Zachary) of Nanticoke and Matthew Winters of Larksville; and his great grandchildren, Quinn and Liv Pientka.
