He is survived by: his wife Nancy Kessler; his children, Edward Whitesell of Wilkes-Barre, Raymond Whitesell of Louisiana, Connie Whitesell-Garland of Mocanaqua and Lindsey Whitesell of Berwick; his brother Ray Spencer of North Carolina; and his grandchildren, Gage, Peyton, Blakelee and Raylan.
