He was predeceased by: his parents, Zigmund J. Samonek and Alberta Samonek (Sherkus). He is survived by: his wife Maryann Canarini; his daughter Kristin Samonek Aufiero (Matthew); his granddaughters, Kayla and Claire Aufiero; his sister Beanie Humphrey of Omaha, NE.; and also Rev. Louis Kaminski.
