He was predeceased by: his parents, Edward Pollick and Lois Pollick (Hart); his daughter Allison Pollick; and his siblings, Michael, Lee Pollick and Nancy Pollick.
He is survived by: his wife Carol Montross; his daughters, Carol Titus (Randy) of Washington and Sara Pollick of Mocanaqua; and his siblings, William Pollick (Marge) of Forty Fort and Lisa Owens of Ohio.
