We are sad to announce that on February 26, 2021, at the age of 92, Lois Poorman of Mingoville, Pennsylvania, born in Castanea, Pennsylvania passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Lois Poorman to pay them a last tribute.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Florence Bair and Ketner; her spouse Clair E. Poorman, Sr.; her children, Clair Jr. and Gloria Strawser; and her siblings, Paul, John, Betty and Edna.

She is survived by: her children, Gail Hoffman (Leonard) of Mill Hall, Gregory Poorman (Sharon) of Zion, Donald Poorman (Patty) of Mingoville and Roger Poorman (Maria) of Mingoville; her brother Dale Bair of Mill Hall; and her son-in-law Fred Strawser. She is also survived by 16 grandchildren and 26 great grandchildren.

Following CDC recommendations, social distancing is encouraged, and face coverings will be required at all services.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Nittany Valley Alliance Church at 1003 Nittany Valley Drive, Bellefonte, PA 16823.
