He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert R. Winner and Thelma M. Gross Winner. He is survived by: his wife Valerie Winner; his sons, Mark C. Winner of Arizona and Brent R. Winner of Missouri; his stepson Scott Bratton of Mingoville; and his sister Joan Burleigh (Donald) of Williamsport. He is also survived by four grandchildren; and four great grandchildren.
