She is survived by: her children, Kevin Kostek (Rhonda) and Karen Harley (James Pellish); her grandchildren, Craig Kostek, Austyn Harley and Collyn Harley; her great grandchild Bella Kostek; and her siblings, Betty Kilen and Donald Carlson of Hibbey.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, April 2nd 2025 from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM and on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 from 8:00 AM to 10:30 AM at the Donald J. Butler Funeral Home (328 Sunbury St, Minersville, PA 17954). A funeral service was held on Thursday, April 3rd 2025 at 10:30 AM at the same location.
