He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles P. Duffy and Doris Moore Duffy; his wife Mary G. Collihan Duffy; his son Pat; his grandchildren, Kaitlin Griffith and Adam Duffy; and his siblings, Robert, Donald, Edmund Duffy, Nancy Dabrowny and Sally Schreffler.
He is survived by: his children, Terry Mazich (Rick), Judy Griffith (Don) and Tom Duffy (Lisa Mullin); his grandchildren, Mark Mazich, Molly Mazich, Maria Hartz, Tyler Duffy, Lindsay Duffy, Matthew Griffith, Heidi Griffith, Andrew Duffy and Emily Wolfgang; his great grandchildren, Ava Duffy, Adelyn Duffy and McKenzie Mazich; and his siblings, Pat Moerder and David Duffy (Dolly). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
