He is survived by: his wife Marrian Miner Nichael; his children, Stephen Harold Nichael and Nancy Diane Nichael; his grandson Dalton Robert Nichael; his stepdaughter Sarah Miner Hayhurst Peet (Andy); his sister Dolores Mazur; his nieces, Holly Norstrand (Leif) and Jo Ann Monteith; and also, Polish and Ecumenical Thanksgiving.

In lieu of flowers the family suggests donations to the USO to honor Bob's love of the Navy and of travel.
