He was predeceased by: his parents, John L. Adam and Dorothea E. Felici Adam; and his siblings, Judy Tomlinson and Phil Adam Sr.. He is survived by: his son William (Cynthia Mitchell) of Peach Bottom; his grandson Michael Mitchell of Quarryville; and his brothers, John Miller, Jeffery Miller and Garth Miller. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
