She was predeceased by: her parents, Michael Puck and Mary Puck (Glodek); her husband Paul M. Squierdo; and her brothers, Larry and Todd.
She is survived by: her children, Michael (Mary Theresa), Thomas (Sherry) and Maria Monderewicz; her grandchildren, Theresa Stritch (Jim), Paul Squierdo (Catherine) and Matthew Monderewicz; her great grandchildren, Collin, Ryan, Logan, Aidan Stritch, Emily, Paul and Andrew Squierdo; her siblings, Pamela Wand and Bill; and her sister-in-law Theresa Zelonis. She is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
