It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Judith Ann Botek of Minersville, Pennsylvania, born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on February 9, 2024, at the age of 64, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her father John F. Cavanaugh; her brother Michael Cavanaugh; her great-niece Avery Lynn Kralick; and her grandparents, William McGovern and Ethel McGovern.
She is survived by: her mother Barbara Cavanaugh; her niece Martina Barnhart; her husband Raymond R. Botek; and her siblings, John Cavanaugh, Ronald Cavanaugh, Robert Cavanaugh, Jane Barnhart (Frank), Debra Bertasavage (Jon), Lisa Gaumer and Kevin Cavanaugh (Nancy).
The family prefers donations to the American Cancer Society or to the donor's preferred SPCA organization.
