With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Joseph Lowthert of Minersville, Pennsylvania, born in Pottsville, Pennsylvania, who passed away on July 29, 2020 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, William H. Lowthert and Berth Lowthert (Frantz); and his siblings, Kitty Schafer, William, Ray and Clyde Lowthert.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret Ann Lowthert (Harley); his children, James W. Lowthert (Rosie) and Susan L. (Robert Wentz, Jr.); his grandchildren, Jessica (Matthew Paulis) and Kirk Gottshall (Nicole); his stepgranddaughter Kaylei Wentz; his great grandchildren, Wyatt, Jackson and Brooks; and his sister Mary Young. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
