He was predeceased by: his parents, George E. Heffner and Lillian M. Heffner (Weismiller). He is survived by: his daughter Shannon Hummel (Matthew); his grandsons, Jonah Robert and Christian Paul Hummel; and his sister Elaine Brobst.
