He was predeceased by: his father Frank Tokarick; and his stepdaughter Katrina. He is survived by: his mother Mary Polinsky Tokarick; his daughters, Patrice Tokarick and Nicole Tokarick Harmon; his grandchildren, Austin Hendricks, Brandon Adams, Emily Harmon, Abby Smith, Tyler Tokarick, Jacob Tokarick and Jaden Tokarick; and his siblings, Michael Tokarick, Mary Ann Davis (Marvin) and Debra Kramer. He is also survived by 2 nieces, and his favorite friend, his dog.
