We are sad to announce that on September 24, 2019, at the age of 57, Gary Higgins (Mineral Point, Pennsylvania) passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his brother Ricky Higgins. He is survived by: his parents, George Higgins and Jenny Higgins (Evans); his granddaughters, Treva and Paige; and his sister Peggy. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
