He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford Harley and Wanda Jean Stahl (Zike); and his brother Mark Stahl. He is survived by: his wife Linda Unangst; his children, Billie Jo Houtz (Jim) of Middleburg, Aprile Englehart of Mifflinburg and William R. Moyer (Bobbie) of Turbotville; and his siblings, Samuel Stahl of Kentucky and Gail Stahl of Honesdale. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren, nine great grandchildren.
