He was predeceased by: his father Henry W. Mitchell. He is survived by: his mother Rebekah J. (Ward); his son Devante F. Mitchell of Dewart; his sister Shannon L.; his brother-in-law Jesse Sprague of Adams, TN; his nephews, Evan and Armani Sprague; and his niece Nola Sprague. He is also survived by numerous aunts, uncles and cousins.
