He is survived by: his mother Mary Lucille Rider (Woolsey); his wife Donna Troutman; his sons, Richard D. Rider (Kacie) of Turbotville and Robert D. Rider of Milton; his brother Daniel W. Rider, Jr. (Mary Lou); and his nieces, Trisha Williams (Matthew), Rebecca Spielyk (Jayme) and Vicki Catherman (Phil). He is also survived by three great nieces; and six great-nephews.
