She is survived by: her children, Amy J. Smiley (James Farley) of West Milton and Gary W. Conrad of Milton; her grandchildren, Bryce (Alissa), Megan (Dathan), Janelle (Damian), Brett (Courtney) and Shawn; her great grandchildren, Addison, Carter, Emersyn, Emma, Oliver and Lindsay; her siblings, Richard and Judy; and her brother-in-law John (Leslie).
