She was predeceased by: her parents, Edward P. Metzger and Ida Mae Metzger (Hottenstein); her husband Edward J. Penny; and her siblings, Filbert, Robert, Richard, Junior, Russell, Edwin, Erma Hollenbach, Mary Long, Frances Wolfe and Evelyn Kessler.
She is survived by: her children, Joey E. Penny (Monica) of Chambersburg, Lon E. Penny (Cynthia) of New Columbia, Eugene L. Penny of Milton and Robin L. Brewer of Milton; and her sister Betty Hoffman of Minnesota. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; 20 great grandchildren; and three great-great grandchildren.
