She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard W. Monroe and Ella Monroe (Benfer); and her brothers, Leslie R. Monroe and Alvin F. Monroe. She is survived by: her children, Ray L. Votaw Jr. (Cathy) of Bloomsburg, Bernice L. Murosky (Randy L. Mertz) of Mifflinburg and Richard S. Votaw (Shaun) of Florida; and her sister Ruth M. Parker of New Columbia. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; 11 great grandchildren.
