Reichard; his children, Sandra L. Hulsizer, Gary Hinkle, Jeffrey Strahan, Larry Strahan and Robert Strahan; and his siblings, Clarence Bingaman, Rodney Bingaman, George Bingaman and Laura Bell. He is also survived by 14 grandchildren; and 22 great grandchildren.
