Keefer Jr. (Milton, Pennsylvania), born in Lewisburg, Pennsylvania, who passed away on April 22, 2021, at the age of 74, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Ned E. Keefer Sr. and Gladys Pfleegor (Dieffenderfer); his grandson James McGee; and his stepfather William Pfleegor. He is survived by: his wife Judy Napp; his daughters, Stacy Embeck (Daniel) and Brandy McGee (Peter); his grandchildren, Keefer McGee, Riley McGee, Allison Embeck and Luke Embeck; his great grandchild Remington Clayton; his siblings, David Pfleegor, Michael Pfleegor and Wendy Swartz; his stepmother Carol Keefer; and his parents-in-law, Charles and Helen Napp.
