She is survived by: her sons, Michael W. Middlesworth of Jersey Shore, Barry W. Middlesworth of Jersey Shore and Terry L. Dauberman (Lisa) of Lock Haven; and her sister Lois A. Sullivan of Auburn, NY. She is also survived by 14 grandchildren, several great grandchildren.
